I know some of you knows about my situation and almost I shared some information about my sickness. And I know it's not quite much to share more especially for people who don't have an idea why people have Kidney Failure.
There are 3 I know which that can cause of chronic kidney disease.
One is Diabetes.
Second is High blood pressure.
And three is Heart and Blood vessel (cardiovascular) disease.
The one that affects or triggered mine is High Blood pressure.
I remember having a high Blood pressure of 200/100. In the office before they used to call the Walking Bomb because of having that.
And what causes me having a High Blood pressure is too much stress and in my case, the Doctor found out that I don't have a regular size of the kidney since birth and probably because of my careless lifestyle, it adds damage to my kidneys.
And in order for you not to have High Blood pressure. Just do the healthy living and always have water every day.
The Photo is me.

I'm thinking of the bad deed I did before, who knows as they tell me that once you are sick I've been cursed. But I don't believe that.
Careless lifestyle. No eating vegetables or healthy food, been not a fan of water (before) now I do. Sleeping late at night. Too much internet.

but does high blood pressure run in your mother's or father's side of the family?
did you have problems with your kidneys before your high blood pressure was discovered?

I am a diabetic since last 12 years. I got it early at age of 28. I had a hemorrhage during my delivery of second child and it damaged my pituitary gland. The hormonal imbalance in my body has caused a lot of problem including Diabetes. I am managing my life since then with medication, Yoga and exercise and strict diet. I have to go for regular check up of my kidney, eye, foot, liver etc. every year because of diabetes. I am able to get a normal report so far except off late my steroid treatment are causing my sugar level to rise.

@JustBhem can you ask your doctor for some suggestions on what exercises you can do? i mean if your feet feel heavy and it hurts to walk that your brothers have to carry you, then wouldn't walking or jogging be like torturing yourself? i mean can it not be exercises you can do while sitting?

Woah, and you still manage to do them all.
My goal today is to get back in shape.
My lab's result is not doing good, I have low calcium and high phosphorous that causes my having itchy sky and very dry skin. Plus I have a high iPth level in my body as of the moment. Which is what I'm working at the moment. I wanted to have a jog and a walk but sometimes my feet are not cooperating.

I never had a problem with my BP not until after I gave birth to my second son. But still, the doctor did not yet give me maintenance. But when I started teaching online that lessens my physical activity, my BP started to get high but I do not feel anything which is much worse.
The three disease you mention: Diabetes, BP and Heart Problem are always and almost interconnected.
