I invite everyone to do exercise of any sort, but regularly. It has way too many benefits for health. In modern life, we seem to forget those benefits. Even though everybody know they "must" live an active life, most of us just find excuses for a sedentary life. Mostly the excuse is a tiring work. I sometimes feel depressed and use this as an excuse not to do exercise. But this is very wrong. Because exercise increases endorphins and actually treat depression. In other words, makes you feel good! The reason for this physiologic reaction is to prevent excessive muscle ache after exercise. So actually your body is giving you pain killers as a reward. Let's stand up now and do some exercise! A walk for an hour, a run for half an hour, push-ups, crouches whatever suits you; just don't sit all day! And tell us what are you doing for exercise today to inspire others. I will run today for example. How about you?

We have a small property so we get quite a bit of exercise keeping things up to date. But I know we need to do more.

It must be enjoyable and healthy to tend the garden, fix the fence or anything that burns your extra calories :) Especially good if you grow your own vegetables. My parents have their own chickens for daily eggs for example, and some vegetables too.

@JudyEv Yes. And also after checking your blog, I just realize how big your land is. You must be doing some nice walking or jogging too from time to time.

@zhorak Gardening is very good exercise as there is usually quite a lot of bending and stretching.

Wow, glad that you have enough time to do some exercises. As for me, I don't have to do even a simple workout at home. So, I just have a proper diet by eating fish, vegetables, fruits and foods that are high in fiber. I have been busy studying courses online and I have just enrolled in a freelancing course. Plus, I am looking for another stable job online that will help support my medical needs.

A healthy diet is important too. But it doesn't replace a good exercise. Maybe when you are watching a course video or listening something about it, you could do simple exercises.
