I heart Biofreeze

My aunt told me about this pain-relieving gel several months ago. It’s along the same lines of Icy Hot. I was slathering my shoulder in it for months before I finally saw the sports medicine doctor and got the cortisone shot. The almost empty tube and back-up tube have been collecting dust for weeks. . .
. . . until this morning! Pushing a heavy prowler, dips, push ups, and TRX rows did my shoulders in—even the one with the shot. I slathered them both with Biofreeze. For now the pain is gone and they feel cool and tingly.

It comes in wipes too! We get it at Walmart.

@NJChicaa gel, roll on and wipes. Yep. We like the roll on and wipes the best because they fit better in my purse.

@thislittlepennyearns I’ll definitely have to look for them. I need to go to the dreaded Walmart this week anyway.

I've been using Aspercream and it seems to work. Is Biofreeze better?
