How do you prepare packed lunches for kids?

One of the great things that I enjoy as a work-from-home mom is to pack the lunches of my kids.
Every Saturday, my family has a meal strategic planning. As a full time mom, I make sure that they have rice, meat, fruit or veggies, pastry or sweets, juice and bottled water.
What about you? How do you prepare your kids lunch for school?

Wow! That’s amazing! I would like to buy those food shapers as well soon. So I can make more decorations on their food. Do you have pictures of those?

When I packed food for my kids I asked them what they want me to prepare. Than packing food of my choice which are all nutricious yet they will not even touch it and just go to waste.
