Friends and followers! It would be interesting to know what they think about the musical quality of the 90s and those of these times where, in my opinion, it lacks any possible imagination and creativity.
The sound offered by these new generations is very empty and lacking in culture.
What do you think? music of the 90 or the current one?

I feel the same way. I'm from the 70s. I like songs from the '80s and' 90s. Those songs are very meaningful. The current songs sound very empty.

People said the exact same thing about music of the 90s in the 90s, how it was musically void compared to the music of the 70s....which people ridiculed during the 70s, comparing it unfavorably to the music of the 60s....which people hated during the 60s, thinking the 50s were vastly superior...and, well, you get the idea.
Having said that, there is a validity to the argument against modern music that most others didn't have: not only does it lack substance, it also lacks any need for talent, thanks to computer-generated music and "auto tune" vocal correcting.

We had dinner at friend's the other night and in the background they had hits of the 50s and 60s playing. What great music they had back then but of course that was what we grew up with.

For me, 90's music was much better. And to think of it, 90's music was meaningful, the rythms are unforgettable , singer/ bands are great.

I prefer the music of the 60s. I think that it depends on our age.
