Do you always go and go and need to tell yourself to calm down and pretty much shift yourself into a neutral to take it easy?
There are days i just go and go and need to remember to slow down and take it day by day and minute by minute and just relax and enjoy life. I know there are so many people in life that try to do so much in one day but then its easy for me to do so much in one day since i do work full time and need to do work.

I've learned as I've gotten older that slowing down is hard. I go for a drive, clears me head and I can think. Procrastinating can get heavy and taking a drive to see new country side or just go somewhere new to grab lunch just has a calming effect.
When I just want time alone, I'm usually gaming!

Its good to sometimes drive to clear your head. I should start driving to the beach to calm down since its not to far but then again why have sand in my car. Those are the things i think about then i cant calm down because i over think everything.

Yes. Specially when I am stating to get irritated and procastinate.
