World jollof rice day / myLot

My friend just sent me some recipes for me to chose the one I will love to eat on that day, and I was so happy to oblige.Jollof rice is annually celebrated on 22 August. I love jollof alot be it native jollof rice,jollof spaghetti or even Basmatic jollof Rice I'm down with it .Do you celebrate this day? Do you love jollof rice?
