Not Well Since 2-3 Days,Got Cold And Cough

This is a common problem we have in India during this time.This is a Viral fever which lasts for 3 to 5 days and almost every one suffers once in the family before they get immunity. Have lot of fluids and have medicines only after consulting your physicians as most of the times medicines are not required, Taking medicines unnecessarily is not good for health! Have stean inhalation for you cold, that gives a good relief and cough will take its own time to settle , have some warm fluids to keep your throat soothing! Take Care! All the best dear friend!

It is the same viral season which keeps coming a few times each year in India. Better stay hydrated and have fresh hot soups to fill you with energy. What ever you are doing is good. Hope you get well soon.

If it is viral thing then i pressume you will be ok with in 3 days time and if not then you need a doctor.

I hope your cough and cold will be better soon. The pain on the body may be due to a fever.

You will surely recover. I am also suffering from fever, cold and cough since last three days.

I have a 'seasonal allergy' too (that is--usually when the weather gets colder--my body starts 'reacting' like it's trying to get rid of a germ (when it senses the change in the weather and thinks it's "something different about ME")). There are a few things I do to keep my system clean---mostly 'drinking water all the time' ... things that keep food-stuffs OUT of my body so the germs can't find anything to eat (which is all they really want). I also take a loratadine pill ... but that's just for flare-ups of the cedar-allergy that runs in my family.
