I have time to say hello before I call a Lyft to get me to my chiropractor appointment. Last week I skipped the appointment, and this week I have sure been able to tell that I did ! Not doing that again ! After my chiropractor appointment, I am going to walk down the road and find a place to sit down so that I can make a couple of phone calls -- one to ask questions about an appointment, and one to cancel/reschedule another appointment. I would have had three medical-type appointments in a row this week if I didn't have to cancel/reschedule the third one. So, I'm off to grab something to eat before I go.
