Well...he no showed for work, again. So seriously hoping he gets fired.
Is that wrong? I know it would cause him hardship, but he wanted to get fired first 3 months he was there to collect unemployment. Said and I quote "I'm a single dad, I should be able to get state benefits to raise my girls" unquote.
I think his clock ticks in the wrong direction.
I'm a single mother. I don't receive state, federal assistance. What's he thinking?
You know a disillusioned person like this? No where close to reality?
Don't you just want to shake them till their teeth rattle? Wake up! GROW up!!
pfft

when an employee gets fired they automatically get unemployment benefits? or it undergoes review first and can be disapproved?

It can go under the review of the company that the person worked for and get denied. If a person is supposed to work an 8 hour day and only shows up to work less then what is required, they can be denied unemployment.
