Life is about Balance!

Nothing is ever really what it seems and the things we stress and lose sleep over today will be forgotten tommorrow. Even through financial hardship their is always a way out and sooner or later everything falls back into place. Sadly I had to learn this the hard way and after loosing close friends who showed their true colors, im still here today alive and better of without them. Sometimes we are surrounded by negative and toxic people and they can hold us back but once we let them go things are more clearer. In the end Life itself is about Balance, we wouldnt enjoy sunny days if it werent for the rainy days We wouldnt know how to appreciate happiness if we were never sad and so on. To me personally my wife and kids are my balance. I run a crane company and my job alone is very stressful but in the end everyday I get to come home to my family and that to me is worth it all!

I agree with you 100% on that. Though the balancing act can sometimes be difficult to achieve than taking sides and staying on the center. Sometimes it is easier to be negative than positive or balancing the two sides. So I say life is still a struggle that you have to grapple on to achieve balance.

I agree being negative is easier than seeing the positive side of things when we are mad etc

You have it all sorted out in head. That is what matters. Yes, it is. I often tell me, I realized how bad my cousins are, earlier on. Imagine, if I had realized that when I was too old. Then I would have had nothing left for me. So whatever happens, happens for our own good. It also makes us look at others carefully, not go overboard with trust, whatever the books say. There is always some difference between ideals and realistic life.

I worked for others and, in a way, you do that too. I worked to live and not lived to work. I went for balance all the way - siva

Im happy for you. I think God said in his Bible, Evil company corrupts good manners! Good company makes better character, i guess. Heheh. I'm not so sure what the Bible says. But I think that's what it says.

Yes, we should learn to balance everything. Let just not forget that everything is temporary. I must agree that little kid is therapeutic and stress buster.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX What you wrote makes lots of sense. I have met many people here in Israel and gone through many journeys. You are right there are people that can be good for you and people that want to bring you down. I just left someone behind like that and never want to let that person back in the door ever again. I find it hard to find nice and kind people. I do have one friend that is very good but she is fine and she has family here so I do not see her much. I have acquaintances too.
