I am not a big fan of eating eggs but it comes in handy for breakfast most times but there have been some debate on how often a person should have eggs. Well some persons have eggs everyday, some 3 eggs per day and some studies say 3-4 times per week. How often do u guys have eggs?

Depending on how the things are it'd be reasonable to make use of the protein and other in the diet.

Whenever I want too. But for some that has medical conditions were only advised to have 3-4 eggs a week. But if you are perfectly healthy and no speacial conditions. Why not endulge yourself.

I have 6-8 eggs per week. I think it is a healthy food. Egg white is rich in protein and if we are on weight watch or avoiding cholesterol, we can discard the yolk part. I eat whole egg.

I limit my consumption also because I have HPN. It is said that an egg a day is OK, but if you have cardiovascular diseases you can consume at least one 3-4 times a week.

Eggs contain some protein and some fatsbut they do not cover a vital amount of carbohydrate. The white of an egg contains majority protein, while the egg yolk contains the lipid. When eggs are distinguished as either a protein, carb and fats, they are usually categorized as a protein. Reason egg white is an inexpensive and rich source of high-quality protein, so eggs are combination other good sources, such as meat, poultry, fish and legumes.
