Customer Service Hack

Some of us had a frustrating encounter with poor service or incorrect charges. We are easily devoured by our human nature when things go wrong especially if we always pay on time. I'll share some tips to make sure that they'll prioritize your concern. First, you need to be calm. It's more advisable to call the customer care hotline than to go directly to the store. Why? Customer care hotline is strictly monitored by the management. They make sure that the customers are well taken care of. Second, please know and understand that the person on the other line is also a human being. Most of them were outsourced from a different country, working at night for 8 hours or more, with delayed breaks and lunch. Yelling and cursing them will not solve your problem. It will just consume more time. Third, if you are not convinced to the solution they gave you, then you can ask for a supervisor. If you're still not convinced, then you can ask for a manager. These are your RIGHTS as a customer and you should know that. I hope this helps. These applies to the most renowned companies in the US. I worked for 5 years in the industry for 2 major cable companies. If you have questions or corrections, feel free to comment. I also accept violent reactions, no biggy. Lol The picture is mine. This was my treat when I had a lot of callers who gave me high scores in the survey.

@moichan Definitely that's why I have nothing much else to say. When I'm not satisfied with the service given to me, I threaten the company actually that I would never get their service again. Sad to say, the companyies who really value the loyalty of their clients are the companies owned by Ayala.

@toniganzon yes that's true. They value clients a lot. I used to work there for 5 months in their valet parking. They also take good care of their employees. They are very down to earth.

You also need to ask for reference and ticket number and do take bote of the time and date and the name of the rep you spoken with for future reference.

If it give you a choice select Spanish;they are usually not as busy and if you can't communicate with the operator you will get one that speaks English.

This is true. I remembered that the Spanish customer was so scared that she might get the wrong person again, she requested me to stay on the line with the Spanish rep. I honestly can't understand a single word aside from "si senyora". She was thankful though it was part of my job. She even invited me for dinner and she laughed when I said I'm halfway across the world.
