Under Alot Of Pressure

I am so troubled today, you all know my husband is in a nursing home. Well right next to the nursing home is the dialysis clinic the nurses push him there 3 days a week. He has no legs. He wants me to have a wheel champ built so I can bring him home. But I can't take care of him like he thinks. The nurses have to get him up and put him in bed. The only thing that matters to him is coming home. He has bus transportation, when he has to go to the doctor. I go and see him 3 times a week, but he keeps talking about a wheelchair ramp. When he starts with all this, I fall into a deep depression, and have no energy to do anything, today I am just wacked out.

I hope your husband understands what it means for you to have him home since he cannot walk

He doesn't, that's the problem I can't take care of him. But all he wants is to come home.

@popciclecold I think you need to take a decision now whether he likes it or not

I am so sorry Popsicle. Of course it takes a toll on you. I know that there is no way you could take him home unless you had the nurses at your house. There there friend.

it is ok to feel that in a moment but the most important thing is try and be there for him as much as possible emotionally and when you do that and he starts appreciating his current situation a little more, that peace and joy will radiate into your life and u will feel much better
