Taco Bell Or Leftovers?

I am terrible. I said I had a leftover Wendy's double stack and a leftover Culver's mushroom and swiss burger. Yet, Taco Bell is right across the street and it is calling to me. I could go for a Burrito Supreme and a Chicken Quesadilla. I am not sure now. I am just about ready to eat. But I am not sure now what I want. I can always eat the other stuff later. Ugh.

Leftover fast food is seldom very tasty. Fresh and hot is the best. Go for the Taco Bell

@TheHorse Makes me think, if someone asked me, "Do you think Taco Bell offers it up fresh and hot?" I'd probably say something like, "Depends on what the cashier looks like."

@porwest I eat "real" Mexican food at least once a month. But I admit it. Once in awhile I just have a Jones for Taco Bell. Real Mexican won't do. I still eat at McDonald's about once a year as well, usually when I'm on the road.

Based on my future comments, I went with Taco Bell. Is that really a road worthy choice? I guess it was...that I can remember. But it is certainly taking certain risks.

@TheHorse Yeah, calling Taco Bell Mexican food is a bit...egregious if you ask me.

Fresh Taco Bell is always preferable to leftovers from another fast food store.

@rakski I did and I was glad I did. Forgot to take my blood pressure med though and felt my heart pounding this morning. Took a pill at 4am just to get things back on track. Ugh. HOW DID I FORGET TO TAKE MY PILL?

That bell is ringing! I am heading to vegan for a while, the doctor put me on a low salt, low fat,1,000 calorie a day diet, he said no meds just do it the right way. And I have to add another mile to walking daily.

Their food is definitely not low salt, but keep this handy in case you need to run to the border. It's a good way to make some of their food more nutrient dense too (or as much as it can be at Taco Bell).

If I were you, I'd go to the local grocery store and make myself a healthy salad at their salad bar.

The more you delay eating your left overs staler they will be. Eat that first. Taco Bell can wait. It is not going anywhere

I also think fresh food is better. Maybe you should buy less, just eat enough, and try not to eat leftovers. This is good for health.
