What food have you never eaten but would really like to try?

I have always wanted to try and have a taste of the famous Masterchef food - I always see this when i was watching Masterchef with Chef Ramsey. I am really curious because the food looked really good! I think they taste really delicious too. The food I want to try is the Souffle, and Beef Wellington! I think the Souffle would be really nice, oh i love savory treats and I am sure will really enjoy it. And The pastry of the Beef Wellington too.. Ahhhh I think I should really go find a good restaurant that won't charge me so much for a taste of that beef. :D But since I do not like to eat raw foods, i would request for my Beef to be well done. No pink please! :D
