I was going through my work files recently and I thought i have to start archiving them now because they are past. I just remember when I was working with this particular team on my previous job. We were doing great as a team, some do learn so quickly, they learn fast and can be left to manage the task independently. But there are also others who struggle to learn and keep up with the pace of the task and set of activities. Managing them will have o be different too, but sometimes some workmates are not as forgiving and are so blunt in telling them they are slow that actually is already offensive. These are not the actions we tolerate though and we acknowledge our differences, of course. What about you? Can you say you are a fast learner? Do you only need to hear an instruction once, or you are more on the side that needs a more repetition of the instruction before you settle and is confident to do it? There is nothing wrong with it, we all have our pace.
