I read an article online, that said no single snakes can be found in Ireland, according to the article, it was said St. Patrick drove them away when a snake bit a woman, and he went in search of the Snake and told the snake, "Never shall your kinds be found in these land again"
But science said, it was the weather(Ice) that droves them away.
Which should I believe?
What do you know about Ireland and snakes?

It is not true that Ireland is too cold for snakes. It has a similar climate to the rest of the British Isles and there are snakes in most parts - both north and south. There are no snakes in Ireland because it became an island after the last Ice Age before any snakes had migrated to the British Isles. We only have three species of snake in Britain. All are small and only one is venomous.
While it is a pretty story for children, St Patrick never 'drove the snakes out of Ireland'. In fact, the story is really a metaphor to show how successful he was at converting the Irish to Christianity and the 'snakes' he drove out mean nothing more than the old, pagan religions which Christianity is supposed to have driven out.

And to correct the record on why Ireland most likely is not a home to any naturally-occurring snakes:
