I just saw this discussion on Yahoo answers. I am happy for their curiosity about Science but this post makes me worry about the current education system. This is much more worst than flat art theorists. ?? So these people thinks it is possible for people to visit the sun if it's winter and at night.
To be fair to these people, they know how to use the internet. I think they will gladly volunteer to be the first people to walk on the sun.

They also think that people have walked on Mars. Hey it is really no different than people thinking that the Earth is only 5000 years old and that humans and dinosaurs were alive at the same time. . . or that 2 of every living creature somehow fit onto an ark and existed for over a month. . .

Oh my goodness, I cannot believe that they are so stupid. When you reach the sun there is no night and there is no winter there, the sun is the star at the center of the Solar System. It is a mass of hot plasma and no one can approach. Those are too stupid!

Lets be happy they don't have access to a space ship. It is for their own good after all.
