I found my long lost cover artist, who is working on the new cover for Grue Tales for me. Once I have it I'll be able to put on the print version. Whether or not it will make me any sales is debatable, but I owe some people copies for helping me.
Working on saving money for a down payment on a house. I've got a long ways to go, but in the meantime my credit score is looking awesome. Paying down some debts so my record will look squeaky clean or at least better.
Thinking of doing some investing. The idea really scares me.

It's definitely a seller's market with housing, but it doesn't mean it's impossible.

@TheHorse The market just LOOKS high. When you take into account the economic data it does not appear to be overpriced, which is key. Pricing in the markets is a funny game though. A $10 stock can be expensive while a $100 stock is cheap depending on the fundamentals.

@porwest Housing is fairly reasonable in my area.

Investing CAN be risky if you are not sure of what you are doing. But of course I love to do it, and have done well with it over the years. It's good to find strong dividend paying stocks, especially when just starting out. Hope you are able to get that down payment together. And hope once a print version is available for Grue Tales it sells well. All things to look forward to for sure.

I did take the plunge with investing, conservatively. Dipping my big toe in to start. Getting the down payment won't be easy, but I'm determined.
Whether Grue Tales picks up sales or not, we'll see!

That's a big task in hand. I read at many places, "When eating an elephant, take one bite at a time". Similarly, your idea is very huge on the outside, take time to break it down to tidbits so it helps you eventually. All the best with the house.
