What did you have for lunch today?

Who says leftover burritos are boring? I took what was left of my pollo burrito from yesterday, added onion and Swiss cheese, grilled it at 375 for 20 mins, topped it with hot sauce and hot peppers, and had a delicious lunch. Do you add good stuff to leftovers to make them taste better? What did you have for lunch today?

LadyDuck Greek Salad
We had Greek Salad for lunch. Feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion. Not always I add stuff to leftovers, but I almost never have leftovers.

@LadyDuck Ah, sounds good. Would I have been impolite had I asked for a teaspoon of vinegar?

I no longer eat either breakfast or lunch but eat one big meal a day at supper time. It's a test I have been doing for about a year now. I seem to prefer this way of eating. It's called Intermittent Fasting. So, if you ever took me out for lunch, it wouldn't cost you anything.

It looks yummy!! Yes adding good stuff to leftovers definitely make them taste better. I had steamed rice, pulses , soya chunk curry and vegetable salad for my lunch. It is bed time here and I just had yummy mushroom and capsicum with chapati( Indian bread) for dinner.

@TheHorse It is made of wheat flour and is healthier. Naan has all purpose flour. Naan is for occassional eating as it is not healthy. Most Indian households have chapati and rice as their regular carb.

Boring lunch: the heel of store bread smeared with home peanut butter and cherry jam that a friend made. That was not enough food so I ate the other small bread with a piece of sharp cheddar.
