Broly's legend First began
in 1993
And now he will be made canon
in the 2018 movie
Broly! Broly! Broly!
Why are you still here?
The very mention of your name
Causes Vic Mignogna to shake in fear
Plagiarism of Team Four Star(a team of Youtubers who created an abridged parody of the DragonBall Z, for the uninitiated among us), as I'm sure Albert Whisker and Rebelta James know, DragonBall Super will have a 2018 film simply titled "Broly."
"Who is Broly," I'm sure many are wondering. Well in DragonBall there is an currently extinct race of humanoid aliens called "Saiyans" who are combat junkies, and after training enough they can acquire a form complete with blonde hair and a golden aura called "Super Saiyan." Broly was originally a non-canon movie villain that acquired this transformation, or rather a fully realized version that increased his power the more he fought. He was merely a roided up meat head, and of course this made him popular amongst fans. Heck, I even like him for the fact that he's a one-dimensional powerhouse.
AndBut of course as with all things popular, Broly got rebooted by Dragonball series creator Akira Toriyama via editorial mandate. And where as many fans are expecting Broly to have a sense of depth and more personality beyond being powerful for the sake of it, I have no such expectations. Merely because what made Broly popular was that he was a meat head of few words, and that familiarity needs to be maintained despite the change in origin, and two, Toriyama is lazy AF. The simplicity of Broly's character fits within his wheelhouse as a writer.
So let's just say I'm cautiously optimistic about the film. :p

This is a rebooted version of him. I think he wont be the same from the ones we saw on the movies. This is a canon version of him. I think he got rebooted after the positive reaction from Kale.

Positive reaction, or the outrage that she was merely "Not Broly...?" But of course you're referring to after Kale debuted and her abilities were showcased... Though I needed Kale's motivation to add more to her character than what got...

@Hanyouyomi She not really much of a deep character per say but people loved her because of rule 34 and they just like her Hinata like personality. So they made a new Broli who is not evil after that

Your sarcasm is appreciated, but at the same time I'm wondering why Albert Whisker hasn't talked about this upcoming film.
Also I have to admit I wrote that explanation Valerie J. Routhieaux, Bernie Z, J.J., etc. I know there are anime fans here, I'm just being overly cautious... It's a nasty habit of mine. :p
