Occasionally you have to be hard for other people to make the corrections, it seems to be the rule, when you make a mistake and give an opportunity seems to forget the mistake made, instead when you make a mistake and make a punishment like that be short, people tend to learn that it should not be done. It's not easy for me to be hard and teach correct.

I really say this because of the situation of a person who came to me asking for an opportunity, I gave it to him and he did not give up, now he comes to ask for another opportunity, he was going to deny it and he got very bad, it really got to my heart and I thought better in helping her again but I put the clear points
