Replace whatever negative in mind with positive one. I hope it can help.
In the past, I also experience lowest point of my life. Facing problems one after another. I just face the problem and keep my life going. When you overcome those, it would make you stronger. There are just time that we keep on thinking about it and cannot focus. We want to forget but the reality was there. Our body sometimes reacts to the problems' stressful blows. Do not lose connections to people that are willing to help you such family and close relatives and friends.
