I have made some recipe disasters in my life, specially when I was young. Now, the disasters are due to my forgetting to check the pots while I am playing at the computer

During early years of my marriage this was a common happening in my kitchen and that helped me become a perfect chef now. (lol)

Salt is not an issue for me. I usually put less to be safe side

It happened to me. I remember cooking a chicken dish but accidentally sprinkled plenty of salt because the shaker's cap was not properly closed. It was very salty and I tried to revive by adding plenty of sugar. I save the dish and it tasted OK.

What was it you made that turned out wrong? I made eggplant parmasagne one time that was so bad, even my dog wouldn't eat it!

You win some and lose some when experimenting with new recipes.

Yup, it happened a few times before. I cooked carbonara for my pet's 9th birthday party but I wasn't able to achieve the right taste because I failed to put some salt and pepper.
