I don't pay much attention to the labels. Maybe I should pay attention. I usually only focus on the period of validity of the goods.

I do look at some labels but not all. Though I try not to buy too many things with more than one ingredient.

I do read the labels @amadeo . What is sad is that so many of the 'added' things are ridiculous. Not to mention deadly. Just recently there was news about glyphosate (weed killer) in name-brand cereals like: Cheerios, Kelloggs, Nature Valley. Really anything made with grains. All grains are being sprayed with pesticides.

Ever since my doctor says I'm pretty diabetes 2, I've been reading labels. Now, with herbs, drinking more water, exercising more watching what I buy my eye doctor sees no diabetes in my eyes! I'm relieved and happier that my better care of myself is working. It's so wonderful, there's La Chef's no sugar added cheesecake and carrotcake! Sugar is just 2-3 grams of sugar for these delicious cakes!

i usually read them, but not always. I try to pick cereals that are lower in carbs. Also, if I have the choice between a few different products I will pick the ones lower in sodium.

I usually check more for ingrediants I dislike rather than for what is a healthy option. Drinks with grapefruit in stay on the shelf, soups with peas and carrots likewise.

Yes, sometimes I do read nutrition labels on food especially the calories and sugar content. I am an insulin dependent and I have to watch what I eat.
