Liking my new boss

So my previous boss resigned for a higher position with a different company. Tell you frankly, it wasn’t too sad when he left hehe! Well, there were a lot of things that we didn’t really like about how he ran our program, but hopefully his new subordinates will be happier this time. Anyway, so we have a new boss and I’m reeeally liking him. Hey stop, it’s not what you think. This guy is soooo gay she can be my sister. I like how he is around people. He’s really approachable, and there’s completely no air around him. He is too humble, but definitely has that all needed authority when he speaks. I like people who are not blinded by their positions. Aside from that, I can see that he’s really good at what he does, and I mean management. He knows what he does and actually sounds more knowledgeable than my previous boss when in fact he’s still very new. Well, I have to give it some more time before I can really say that we’re really in good hands. I am really very hopeful though as I’m seeing a lot of promise in him. You, how are your experiences with new bosses? Hope you can share. :)
