When you get into bed, lay on your back and as you breathe in and out 'slowly' say the word in your mind, "Nothing" repeatedly per each inhale/exhale. By doing that, you brain is deleting all other thoughts except that one word. You'll be asleep before you know it @sokina .

Oh yes and it lasted for 3 weeks in mine. I slept only for 3 hours every day and it was really hard because I couldn't take a nap too. But now I'm ok.

Take chamomile tea, valerian drops, jamaica tea, a cold bath before going to bed, something should serve you.

Yes, I have the same dilemma. It actually started last June (when I have enrolled in a freelancing course) because I had to accomplish a lot of things. Plus, I am taking several courses online to become a successful Virtual Assistant. I usually sleep around 3-4:00 AM --- messed up body clock, really.
