I think so but it's hard to achieve. I tried several times and failed.

A minimalist lifestyle is one way of making life more simple and easier. It's an implication of being content in life.

ok friend, everyone has their own opinions
luxury sometimes makes life complicated for me, and my life seems to depend on how people see me
for me personally it's not important

I like minimalism. For me it means not have anything go to waste. You keep only the things that add value to your life or is useful. It's making do with what you have. It means space, space for what is important.

what we need to be happy is space and freedom and keep our attachments away from the material

I think minimalism will give you the opportunity to focus on what's important. It will give you more time for more productive activities than to waste an hour to choose what to wear from hundreds of clothes. I'm actually turning our home in a minimalist lifestyle. Decluttering what's mere decoration and keeping what's important. It is easier to clean too.
