The difference of the voice...

Music can be learnt, an instrument can be learnt. But, the nature gives us a natural instrument called "voice". Only a few have got the privilege to have a voice like an angel. Everyone is able to learn singing, but, at the end, only a selected group of persons will have success. Without the right voice, no choice. One example is the Nightingale, composed by Yanni.

I took a seminar and was told that everyone could learn to sing. Everyone but me.

Everyone can learn to sing, that's right. But not all persons have the right voice to continue after.

This is true some people can sing without even taking lessons, they have a beautiful voice.

So true... I have heard ones that even come out with CD's who think they can Sing, but honestly I feel would be better off persuing something else. Where there are others that are meant to sing and are destined to benefit from it

That's right, sometimes the desire to become an artist is bigger than the artist inside the person! The real voices have to be discovered.

Once, this young boy heard me singing and said that I have a beautiful voice. It's always nice to find someone who can recognize a beautiful voice.

She's got a good trill, but that was totally boring without any real singing. He, on the other hand, was awesome on the piano.

I suppose that the song was done that way because of its title: "Nightingale". But the composer and pianist called Yanny is great. I also like him.
