Do you take social media breaks?

I have read in a lot of articles that taking a break from social media helps us focus better. It also helps us to use them in a better way. Social media has it's pros and cons. When given a gap, it helps us see how useful it is. Otherwise, it is purely a time-waster. What do you think?

Good for you. I love the idea of making money online. I also prefer to connect with friends online, but not overdo both

Oh yes, I think everyone should take a break from them every so often. At times I really just get tired of going on Facebook and I might take a break for a few days or even weeks at a time.

I take two weekdays off from social media. That helps a lot. I know your feeling. I do that with Facebook.

I am using Social media almost everyday BUT I am not using any social media and phone on Sunday. I really think I need rest from all works or gossip or anything from social media. Just using phone when it urgently but if no, I am really off on Sunday.

It's not really a time-waster, if you use it to check on friends and family, which is what I do.
If you use it just to watch stupid little videos or share memes, then yeah it's a waste of time.
