Can a person have an experience without being involved in such kind of a business ?

There has been a tendency to different institutions and companies whenever one is seeking for or applying for a Job is asked to have a minimum number of years of experience mean while his or her CV shows is a fresh graduate?

Some employers like to see that youve graduated college and thats enough. I think it depends on the job though. Most jobs here seem to want the combination of education and experience.
