Our Labor Day weekend started off with a bang! We went to two parties/barbecues. One in the early afternoon and one instead of our usual Friday night date night. What fun, but I feel so stuffed with cocktails and food.
Right now I feel fat like Doodles the cat. 
. Our son took him for a walk while we were in New York City a couple of weeks ago. Doodles fell asleep in the sun near the woods, and being so round, rolled onto his back. Fatso was so startled from rolling, that he opened his eyes - barely! 
Our son stood over him to shade him while he slept for 12 more minutes.
Hope all who celebrate Labor Day enjoy it. I know that I will be a huge fatso by Tuesday with all the dinners, barbecues, and parties we must attend.

He is a fat kitty, but I seriously doubt you could ever be fat. Enjoy all the barbecues, cocktails, and parties. Happy Labor Day.
You can always go to the gym on Tuesday. I'll be heading there finally after a week off for cleaning the pool.

He is a fatty, isn't he? LOL! I certainly feel fat from all the eating and although I walked and played tennis today, it was a mere drop in the bucket. I will return to my walking and the gym tomorrow with a vengeance. But tonight, I plan to pig out!
I will think of you in the pool tomorrow. I will be out very early for my walk.

@DianneN I'm looking forward to getting back to it. It's been a long week away, but I did get a lot accomplished in this past week. I just need to get to bed early tonight. I woke at 4:29 this morning, and that's when I'm usually walking out the door.

Thank you. Our son snapped that pic as soon as Doodles rolled and startled himself. . I believe I'm even more of a fatso after what I ate today, but won't dare get on the scale until Tuesday morning. Only two more days of pigging out left to go!

Once in a while we all can indulge and become fatso!! There is no point holding yourself back. You can compensate for it later with control and exercise. For now..just enjoy!!

Doodles does have a big tummy. My cat is no slouch in the chow department..but I don't think he is quite that big.

@DianneN - I love your picture of Doodles! We have been traveling for two weeks, eating out often, and I feel like a Fatso right now, too. I need to get back on my normal diet, very soon!

Our family friend calls our cat Fatso too, lol. Only thing is, the vets say he's all muscle.
