We live in different countries with different kinds of climates as well. In my case, I live in a tropical country in which it is so hot in summer and just a bit colder in rainy season, but still most of the days in the year is in high temperature, "hot" is the perfect term for it.
Most establishments are filled with air-conditioned rooms for people to be comfortable especially for workers, and one of them is me. That's when common colds and fever comes in. When I go out of the room, it is so hot that I get sweaty all over my body, and when I go back to the office, I feel a very cold temperature because of the air-conditioned room. The immune system just can't cope with the temperature, I get colds and soon become fever with cough.
For me, a good multivitamins is what I take to boost my immune system, lots of water, exercise, and a good sleep. Don't forget a good diet as well.
How do you cope with common illnesses in the kind of climate you have?

Vitamin C works perfectly for me. And I like drinking lemon infused water as soon as I wake up. I drink green tea too which is said to be great in boosting my immune system, protects my teeth, and great for the skin too.

I take a lot of rest, take a lot of vitamins, drink 8 glasses of water every day, have warm lemon water with pure honey or water with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every morning, and I also try to have a balanced diet.
