I was in pain the whole day - my toothache again. I remembered eating a whole pach of Hershey's with almonds during a bout of depression and anxiety. I did a few Varun mudra, it will take effect soon. In the meantime, I was wallowing on how we humans have to endure pain. I ended up reminiscing the good times I also had.
I binge watched Season 2 and 3 of Bates Motel while doing the mudra. I will just bury the pain in my sleep tonight.

Have it extracted. I have these sleepless nights before because the pain always comes at night. If only I can save my molar by filling, that would be I really want. I can't handle the pain anymore so I made a quick trip to my dentist. Gone the pain at night but my tooth's too.

You are right. I will definitely prefer dentures (despite the inconvenience) rather than experience this pain.

they say the toothache is so painful that all pain receptors of our body are affected. that is nice you were able to have your tooth removed without much pain.

Oh toothache can be really bad. Hope you get a relief soon. Just keep away the sweet and chocolate next time when you feel low.

You have to deal with a bad tooth and sweets aggravate it.

Get well soon, Mitchelle. Visit the dentist soon. Don't take too much pain relievers because it is bad for your kidneys.

I opt not to take pain reliever for that reason. But it was a horrible day yesterday. Now it is better. Thanks.
