What's on your lunch menu for this sunny Sunday?

I always keep some kind of meat around the house. Sometimes it's lox. Sometimes it's sliced chicken. Sometimes it's just classic hot dogs from Safeway.
I had some baked beans from Trade Joe's that I wanted to try, so I scored some hot dogs from Safeway the other day.
I made them for lunch on that day, and the result was really yummy. I think I will do the same today.
My "secret": I did not boil the hot dogs. I cooked them in the oven at 400 degrees for a few minutes, until I saw some brown and some splitting.
Then I put them on the baked beans as I was warming the beans up. Neither deadly or healthy. Just filling and satisfying. What are you going to have (or did you have) today?

sausage and beans is fine by me - sometimes the simplest meals can be the best

I just had some spaghetti. I like hot dogs but really miss the kind I ate on the street in NYC. I just found a place online to get hot dogs and the onion sauce I miss so I am going to have some hot dog eating time really soon.

I had 2 egg rolls.
I do the hot dogs sometimes with beans and other times with Kraut.

Sometimes if you don't boil hot dogs they taste awfully salty.

We had chicken soup for lunch today. I'm making our baked beans and hot dogs tomorrow, along with coleslaw and corn on the cob. I'm making pork ribs and chicken in the smoker too, so I should be good on cooked proteins for the week.
