I can't tolerate rude people

Hi everyone.I had a very unpleasant experience with an extremely rude customer today.The store where I work shuts at 4 p.m.on the Sundays.So here comes this man at 4:15 with a trolley full of groceries.I started scanning his staff although I should sign off the till and activated the belt on his side in order to create space for the rest of his goods.All of a sudden he run towards one of my colleagues shouting that I have activated the bell(bear in mind that I switched it on for 5 second only)I explained to him why I have done this.He said he will put it in a complaint.Then a trainee manager came and told him that I did not have other choice and remained him that he should show more respect as he was keeping all the staff after the working hours.Then this man said to him"Do you want to keep your job?"I;ve never seen such an arrogant bustard since I work there.I must say that took me a great effort to stay calm
