“I've felt each of your words. I think I can say that I can relate to most of it. There was a time of my life that I am very pessimistic about everything. The time when I think that there's no point of proceeding because my life sucks big time. But I've managed to continue opening each page of life. What I observe is that some pages of life will simply change someone's points of view. Beyond my notice, time changes me. Like an ugly caterpillar, my thoughts become a prettier butterfly. Well, not that much pretty among the butterfly but at least there's a change. You are still young my friend and simply the book of life has a lot of surprises for you.” So that’s my response supposed to be to one of the Mylot user here but I don’t know what comes to my mind that I did not post it to her discussion but I decided to post a lesser wordings instead. Have you ever tried to type a response and suddenly you’ve decided not to post it.

And you ended up posting it as your own thread. Many times of that, especially when I encountered difficulty on constructing the whole point of my response.

Yeah... Ha ha. Indeed, I think that's also the case of my response. I just keep on typing what comes to my mind just to realized I'm going too far from the topic. Ha ha.

I noticed I stopped myself from posting when I have a bad day and low in energy. I want to have a positive impact on other people.

"I want to have a positive impact on other people." That's so nice of you, my friend. I notice myself also enjoyed to give a little light to other people in times of their smoky days but sometimes I am thinking that how can I give a sparkly candle when I cannot even enlighten my own self.

@simplfred It's great that you have the desire to "give a little light" to other people. Being nice in a little way has great impact to people who themselves are bearing their own burdens.

that is quite a long response. Usually i read my response again before saving it since it may contain grammatical errors or can be misinterpreted.

Plenty of times! Some of my reasons depending on the type of post are: 1. I lose interest in the middle of typing a response. 2. Would the author of the post even care? He/she is already hostile or strongly against some thoughts in the post. Most probably an argument in the making. 3. Oh man! This is going to offend many people because people don't like hearing the truth. 4. Why even bother? And you know plenty of members here lie. How do I know? I know because I observe and see the lack of consistency regarding the same subject in different posts with different members. Meaning, their tune change with the type of audience they have.

"And you know plenty of members here lie." "Their tune change with the type of audience they have." That's very interesting, I haven't notice that but maybe those are kinda professional here already or they are just like me who easily change their mood.
