My 3 month goal.

I started my 3 month goal of making my kids a bit heavier and gain weight and a little chunkier cheeks. I give them food supplement and asked them to eat rice for bfast lunch dinner and snacks. With fruit and lots of water.
I hope they gain weight before Xmas.
What are your goals before or on Xmas.

Their weight is within the range of the normal weight of their age bracket. But I wanted them to have a slight chubby cheeks. A bit of over weight from the normal weight.

Right. I am doing a lot of research about it. And asked help from a nutritionists.

Kids looks cute wheb they are chubby while grown-up's see hospital bills and dr's visit when they arr chubby. Lol

I hope your babies will be healthier. Just give them the proper nutrients they need, plus lots of physical activities.
