This morning we went to our house in Inverness to check on things. Just to make sure everything was ok. It was a pleasant surprise to see my Mexican Petunias blooming. I love those beautiful purple-lavender blooms. It makes the front of the house so pretty. The house was fine, nothing wrong, so we left and wandered over to a thrift store for a short visit. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without. Stopped at my sister-in-laws with wraps from Subway and had lunch with her. She loved her wrap. and then continued on home. I am here at home now and to tired to do much of anything. I wanted to get a post on here and thank goodness I have. Now I can take a nap. It's not easy getting old.

No, it's not easy getting old. Though I understand it happens one day at a time. I'm glad you had a good visit with your sister-in-law. I love Subway but haven't had any fast food since I started eating right.

@HazySue How cool is it? That's a long time for them to keep thriving and blooming.

When I was teaching my self-contained class I got some of them for the kids to plant in our own little flower garden. That was about 12 years ago. They are still blooming every year.
