Where am I Currently Standing?

What is the meaning of the title? My position, my stance, my development. I'm in a set position which includes authority. To be what I've become some wouldn't dare. There are so many continuously trying to break my bond with "leadership." Perhaps there are so many confused about my journey. Lacking understanding refusing to accept the "what is it is so." (tanikka paulk). The objectives have been paved and there are the followers and some will develop into great leaders. What they've "demonstrated" thus far is that there is the lacking of what's perceived to be true leadership. The invading has caused the persons to suffer declines.
