She Is So Over Me

Those were the words of my veterinarian while she was trying to examine one of my cats.
At first, kitty was a good little patient, cooperating for the most part. After a few minutes, the baby was done; or so she thought.
Thankfully she didn't hiss, bite or scratch. All she had to do was look at the doctor. (If looks could kill, the doctor would have needed a doctor). LOL 
We all had a good laugh about it. Actually I don't think the cat was at all amused.
She did great with her exam, we went home and all was right in her world. She didn't hold a grudge and we are again best of friends.

I know the feeling. It breaks my heart to see my beloved pets so scared. Even though I know it's always for their own good to go to the vet, it is still hard on me.
When they hurt, I hurt, when they're scared, I'm scared.

Yes they certainly do, and they are usually very cute about it. Sometimes scary but mostly cute.

@LadyDuck I usually can deal with the scary part. It's the unpredictable that concerns me. When one of my cats gives me that evil look, they can do one of two things: Either follow through on the evil or change the channel quickly and all of a sudden become all lovey dovey. Who knows? I don't know. That's just one of the many things that are so endearing to me about cats.

I hope mine won't hate me when I can finally pick them up from the boarders. The calico isn't too thrilled about the boarding and if I know that silly girl I'll pay the price for daring. Fortunately her buddy Max is a Garfield look alike and has the sweetest temperament so maybe he can get her to forgive me.
It's gonna get interesting around here pretty soon.

Oh boy, that sounds very interesting. I hope all goes well with silly girl calico kitty. It's so funny to see how everyone interacts with each other.
I'm also hoping that Max won't let you down as far as softening up the silly girl.

She is a sweet, adorable, precious little gem of a Kitty. Thank you and yes, I, too am very glad that she is not a grudge holder.

Oh yes, she is so cute and funny. She's a 6 and a half pound mighty might. I'd love nothing more than to carry her around in my pocket all day. LOL

Am wanting to take Angel to the vet one of these days--as she hasn't been since Mom and I got her and who knows where she was there before we got her. Angel generally thinks everyone wants to be her friend, but I don't know what would happen in a vet situation.

It can be quite stressful, I know. Going to the vet is hard for our pets and for us as their Mommy and Daddy's.

Always good if they don't hold a grudge. Thy can make you feel miserable for hours otherwise.
