Since it's raining this morning, I prepared something hot to eat. We call it CHAMPORADO. It's a rice porridge mix with cocoa powder. I used dark coco powder for this one. I put a letter m on top. It's for myLot or good MORNING. How's your morning so far? I hope everybody is fine anywhere in the world.

@ZedSmart That is nice. In winter I also like something hot to eat. I like to make oatmeal and drink hot chocolate.

Something hot is good when the weather is cold.

@ZedSmart usually, we use tablea (cacao balls) and oatmeal, but we had one relative who really thought it was champorado. i don't bake anymore and just finding ways to use up leftover stuff.

You must. Is eating sweet not restricted in your diet?

@ZedSmart I had a sandwich with cheese spread for my afternoon snack. Not really. It should be a little.

Wow that was my favorite comfort food as a child. My grandma would usually cook that the old way. We have to wait for it and devour it afterwards. Nowadays it’s easier to prepare because there are packed and instant ones.

I still love to cook it. I did not try to prepare using the instant one. I just even cook in the rice cooker. We really have so much fun as a child.

Have a great day likewise. You can try for this one. It's best when served hot because when it's cool down, it would thicken.

I have that in mind too. That's why i cooked this morning. Good thing that I still have the remaining cocoa powder the last time I have it for the moist chocolate cake I baked.
