Put lots of vegetables. They are good for you.

@May2k8 Has long as your health is good I wouldn't worry about it. However, there may be ingredients in the soup that may not be so good for your heath. Vegetables are good. Meat? Noodles?

I think it is not healthy anymore since they put a lot of other ingredients that are there to preserve the noodles but is harmful to our body when taken in large amounts. These food products are just convenient way to suffice our hunger but in the end some of the preservatives mixed with this food may be harmful to us in the long run.

I think it is very rare that instant foods have something good for our health.
Many have top much oil or spices.
Many have too many classes of preservatives.
There could be a few with some proteins or vitamins but not as much as from good sources of fruits, vegetables and pulses etc.

Very bad for your health because it contains salt and MSG (monosodium glutamate). Also, it can lead to different types of cancer.

@ZedSmart yes most of the instant foods have extra sodium. So we should use them very less.
