I don’t like taking medication it just makes me lazy, sick and not myself .
I try to do meditation, work out, and do other activities to keep me busy and being positive??

Anxiety cannot be cured by medication. It can often relieves symptoms. Check your vitamin levels. Low vitamins levels too a reason for anxiety.

if anxiety can also be caused by low vitamin levels, as you say @staplotick, which specific vitamins would those be?

@hereandthere consult your physician as per your condition. Vitamin d levels are important. Bottom line - its all about diet . Also the more serious are we in our lives, the more we are prone to such conditions. Take some leave from seriousness.

The psychiatrist prescribed me trezadone and a couple others but the other meds I don’t take because I get sick .
I rarely take trezadone because this one makes me feel kind of tired and not as active I actually sleep a lot if I take 1 and a half but one seems not to be working and once I tried taking two and I seriously took a 7 hour NAP!! :o

Do psychiatrists even work? I get really depressed, but I would not be able to talk to anyone about my problems... my struggles ... I think i tried 7 cups app that involves you talking with strangers about how you feel... but all they do is just listen and say how sorry they are that that is how I feel or that I am in situation that I am... it just makes me more angry...

You should at least check out counseling or see a psychiatrist I’m not sure if talking to strangers really help ( in the end, they are not qualified or experienced)
If I were you, I would try out a session with a counselor or go to your primary doctor , let them know how you feel and after that the doctor will give you referrals or tell you where yand who you should see for your situation . Everyone is different .

You need to relax and find time to enjoy your time and discover new things that can make you happy and occupied.

Depends on the situation I easily get irritated or annoyed
I’m not sure why or how do I have all these different mood swings and feelings ..kinda complicated lol.
