First you have to check it out whether your stomach is clear or not, if you have problems with 'worms' ulcers won't cure easily. So first find out the root cause. If you consume anti-worm tablets once in six months then you don't want to worry then the problem may be due to deficiency of B complex.

Gargling with lukewarm salt water helps to reduce the irritation and if it bothers you so much then apply chlorhexidine and lignocaine gel, it gives immense relief
