Hi, Debjani Basak. It will keep on deteriorating if you will not going to start or do it right now. If you have the power and freedom do it, then do it. And, you can. Don't waste your precious creative skills or talents. And, be productive.

But my energy level is very low. Everyday I say to myself I will do it from tomorrow.

How old is your child? It's hard to find time for your own interests when your child is small. But you can share your hobby with your child as he/she grows. Teach your child to use crayons if they are old enough, show them some tricks of drawing like making something look far away or show them how to draw a person or animal. Soon you will be drawing together and enjoying it.
I love music. I bought my sons little xylophones, drums, shakers, all kinds of musical instruments that we could play together. One of my sons is a very good guitarist now that he is an adult and the other is a good reader, another of my hobbies. But when they were babies it was very hard to find time to indulge my hobbies. I took time for myself when they napped and when they were awake I introduced them to music and reading.
I hope you can share your love of art with your child. He or she will be richer for it!

@debjani1 I guess it doesn't help that being an adult and a parent especially, you have a lot more taking up your free time. I suggest trying to set some time for just you. Also a place somewhere in the house or somewhere for you to go that is just for you only and try to start drawing again. Maybe also watching videos online of people doing art. Maybe that may spark it back up again. Best wishes to you!
