A Tasty Outlet!

After the excitement of having to listen to pan flute music for nearly 3 hours yesterday (I am still hearing the music
) when I got home from the library I needed an outlet for all the annoyance that had built up. So, I decided I would bake, I looked around for some ingredients and decided to bake a banana and carrot bread. Here are some photos of how it turned out.
I also ended up grooming missy Daisy, but that is a whole other story. It was actually quite a rigmarole.
Today the wind is howling outside, ripping at curtains, banging doors and windows, it is trying to bring our spring rain.
How has your weekend been? I hope everyone had or is having a relaxing Sunday.
Photo is mine

That looks pretty tasty. I would make a nice cuppa and sit down and enjoy a slice of that!

Thank you, Anna
! Banana and walnut bread must be delicious. Walnuts are very expensive here, actually so are almonds, any really healthy nut is very expensive here
. Sorry you forgot to buy the bananas. I hope you can make one this week.

I had planned to make a sponge cake. Never happened! I think the milk is turning into yoghurt right now in the fridge, perhaps with green and orange furry stuff in it.... (I did imply to my daughter that I would like to have one made, but she conveniently pretended to not understand me
. She made such a good sponge cake a few months ago. The last time, she did a horrible one!)

Yes, banana AND carrots
. The carrot makes it extra moist and you can't really taste it. I am a rebel I tell ya, Janet. Thank you @JaboUK you are one of the people I would have enjoyed sharing a few slices with over a cuppa or two.

@moffittjc you're only welcome
. Did you have a cup of coffee or a glass of milk with those few slices? I usually have a cup coffee with mine.

Ahhh, banana-rama bread, lol. Tasty and naturally sweet too. Baking and eating what you baked can be a very calming way to relax. Looks tasty "C."
