Meditation for stress relief
September 25, 2018 11:20am CST
Todays world is full of tensions and stress. This is a problem faced by one and all. From big business honchos to top executives. From top actors to singers. Even house wives and small school going children face the problem of tensions and stress. Stress symptoms are often neglected and it leads to further complications. The best and the easiest way to reduce this problem of stress is doing any form of meditation. I try to meditate every day at least for half an hour. Do you guys also meditate. Share your ways of meditation here and also your experiences in this regard

Hi Kajal. I follow an ancient meditation technique called Vipassana. It has proved very useful to me.

I try to meditate. Slowly by slowly, I will increase the time. It's great for reducing stress.

I support your point of meditation but personally I never do.
