Hi mylotters. Coconut water is mostly available everywhere. It has many benefits and I like to consume it very much. The benefits are as follows:-

3. It helps in preventing kidney stones.
4. It has good source of magnesium hence it prevents diabetes.
5. It is very good for heart health.

7. It helps people when consumed after exercise.
8. It's an excellent source of hydration.
Thus one can consume coconut water alternative days if not daily as it has so many benefits for maintaining a good health.
